Noisy renovation works are generally permitted between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm on weekdays. Renovation is not allowed on weekends and Public Holidays.

Inform your neighbors in advance about the renovation schedule, use noise-dampening materials, and ensure contractors adhere to permitted working hours. Consider scheduling noisier tasks during shorter periods.

Communicate with your neighbor first to address the issue. If the problem persists, contact the HDB Branch Office or submit a complaint through HDB’s e-Feedback form.
